CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL CLUBS?
At the moment we are only selling sets. Our mission is to make it easier to start playing the sport with everything you need and to take the guesswork out of buying clubs. WHAT’S THE IDEAL HANDICAP RANGE FOR THESE CLUBS?
The primary target for our clubs is players with a 10+ handicap. Our goal is to simplify the golf club buying process so you can get to the course (or range) faster. No jargon, no upcharges, just great quality clubs that feel great.
WHAT’S THE IDEAL HEIGHT FOR ROBIN CLUBS?
For the average golfer, our clubs were built to fit people of all shapes and sizes. We don’t discriminate. However, if we had to choose, men would be between 5’6’’ and 6’3’’ and women 5’0 and 5’8’’
WHY ARE THERE ONLY 9 CLUBS IN THE SET?
No one knows why the standard set of clubs was set at 14. There’s a famous painting of King Charles I of England playing a round of golf holding 6 clubs. We believe 9 is the perfect amount for a mid-to high handicapper to play a successful round and save a bunch of weight and money on unnecessary metal.
DO MY CLUBS COME WITH HEADCOVERS?
All Robin Golf woods & putter are shipped with a black leather Robin Golf Headcover that’ll make you look better than you are.
WHAT TYPE OF IRONS ARE THEY?
Robin Golf irons are considered Super Game Improvement Irons (Mid-High Handicap, Beginners). They offer maximum forgiveness and distance, which obviously make golf more fun.
DOES THE DRIVER COME WITH AN ADJUSTMENT WRENCH?
WHAT FLEX ARE THE SHAFTS?
Men’s irons (steel) and woods (graphite) come in a general stiff flex that offers high trajectory, accuracy, and distance for most skill levels.
Women’s irons (graphite) and woods (graphite) come in a general ladies’ flex that offers light weight, accuracy, and distance.
WHAT IS AN ADJUSTABLE DRIVER?
You can adjust the driver to help you hit it straight, right, left, high or low.
ARE ROBIN GOLF CLUBS AVAILABLE IN LEFT HAND?
Yes! You can select right handed or left handed options for adult clubs on the product page. If you're interested in lefty junior clubs send us an email at email@example.com.
CAN THE CLUBS BE ORDERED WITH CUSTOMIZATIONS?
No, not yet. Our goal is to eliminate all the choices in golf clubs since we think its unnecessary noise.
Shipping & Returns
WHERE DOES ROBIN SHIP?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Don’t worry, we plan to expand into all of North America, South America, Europe, and Australia very soon. Feel free to use our site chat feature or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us to hurry it up!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free UPS Ground on all orders shipping to the contiguous US. But we hate waiting too, so for those of you who are eager to get playing asap, there are a few faster shipping options available at checkout for an additional charge.
FREE RETURNS DURING A 90 DAY TRIAL? IS THIS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?
We’re confident you’ll love you new set of Robin clubs, but if you don’t, we’re happy to take them back from you, no questions asked. Please keep in mind that only clubs with normal wear and tear from use will be accepted. Clubs with player-caused structural damage or clubs with any intentional adjustments made (e.g. re-shafting, re-gripping, alteration of loft/lie) would void the return policy.
If at any time up to 90 days after you’ve received your shipment you decide it’s not the right product for you, you can use this link to initiate a return yourself or contact us at email@example.com for help. We recommend you keep the box the clubs came in to ship them back, but if you didn’t just let us know and we’ll get it sorted out.
DO THE CLUBS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our clubs. Our clubs are manufactured with the highest standards in mind, but we realize that not all products can be perfect all the time. Without charge to you, the original purchaser, we will repair or replace any product or component that is defective or becomes defective during normal use after the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover paint scratches, color fading, cosmetic blemishes, or other normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by user error (e.g. dents caused by mishits, running the clubs over with your car). Any intentional adjustments made to the clubs (e.g. re-shafting, re-gripping, alteration of loft/lie) voids the warranty. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After you place your order online, your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day. After that it depends on your shipping method. If you choose our free UPS Ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
We try to move as fast as we can to get you your order, typically shipping products out on the same day or day after the order is placed.
