WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CLUBS - We have three options to experience our clubs through our website:

1. TRY AT HOME: For a $150 deposit, you can have the clubs shipped to you for you to evaluate in the comfort of your home for up to 7 days! You may not unwrap or use the clubs during this trial. If you decide to keep the clubs, your card will be charged and the return period will be over.  If you would like the opportunity to try our clubs on the course or range, please see our DEMO option.

If you would like to return your clubs, please email hello@robingolf.com or use our chat client to initiate the return. There will be a $25 restocking fee for this option.

2. DEMO:  Through our demo program, we will ship you a set that you are free to play with on the course, range, or wherever you choose to play.   Here's how it works:

Choose your Clubs 

Choose up to 2 sets of demo clubs to try at home for $75/set.  

*Note that there is an additional $150 refundable deposit per order held during your demo trial period. Your $150 deposit is fully refunded once the demo clubs are returned to Robin Golf.

Try your Clubs 

You have 7 days from the time your clubs arrive to try them out. Since they are demo clubs (and not brand new), you’ll be able to actually try them out on the course!

$75 credit applied to purchase of a new set 

If you like your demo clubs and decide to purchase a new set, your $75 demo fee will be applied as a credit towards your new set. Robin Golf will provide a prepaid shipping label to ship your demo clubs back at no additional cost. If you don’t decide to purchase a new set, your $75 demo fee will be kept by Robin Golf to cover the cost of the demo program. Your $150 deposit will be refunded as long as you initiate your return of the demo clubs before the end of the 7 day trial period. Once your return is initiated, you will have an additional 3 days to drop the demo clubs off at the post-office.

3. PAY NOW:

We think you are going to love your new clubs and that you'll see your game improve with them!  If you find that the golf clubs do not meet your expectations or requirements, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

- Return period: Customers have 30 days from the original date of purchase to initiate a return.

- Unused condition: Golf clubs must be unused, free from any signs of wear or damage, and in the same condition as when received. Any evidence of use may result in a partial refund or denial of the return request.

- Original wrapping: The clubs must be in their original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period via hello@robingolf.com or our chat client on the website. Inform them of your intention to return the golf clubs and provide your order number for reference.
    2. Secure Packaging: Please ensure the golf clubs are carefully packaged in a suitable box or container to prevent any damage during transit. 
    3. Shipping Costs: Returns are always free to you!  Once you've contacted our customer service team, they will provide you with a prepaid label.  

    Inspection and Refund:

    1. Refund Processing: If the returned golf clubs meet all the requirements, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

    2. Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the golf clubs. 

    Exceptions:

    1. Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders if you have done any customizations.

    2. Used Clubs: Golf clubs that show any signs of use or damage beyond what is considered "unused" will not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to apply a partial refund in such cases.

    3. Timeframe: Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

    APPAREL - Apparel and accessories can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be unused and have the original tags still attached.

    WHERE DOES ROBIN SHIP? 

    Everywhere! We ship our sets to all 50 US states and now offer shipping options for international customers.

    Please note: international customers are responsible for paying the duties and taxes associated with their order. All sales to international locations are final and non-refundable.

    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    We offer free UPS Ground on all orders shipping within the continental US.  Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

    We hate waiting, too, so for those eager to get playing ASAP there are a few faster shipping options available at checkout (for an additional charge), including 2-day and overnight shipping.  

    Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends, so if you order a set on Friday, it will be shipped first thing Monday.  If you require expedited shipping on a weekend by the weekend, you may consider purchasing our items on Amazon.

    Reminder: international shipping rates include duties and taxes that must be paid for by the customer.
